The Main Ingredient is a locally owned and operated restaurant that was established in 2001 by Dave Pickett and Chef Judson Wiard. Chef Jud had been executive chef at "Taste Buds" prior his newest venture. The menu is designed to provide a diversity of flavor and ingredients in a relaxed indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Foodies have a place to try tasty culinary adventures and the rest of us can eat healthy and tasty too. Our wait staff is trained to guide you through our mix and match menu and our daily appetizer and entree specials. We offer a modest but proven wine list, domestic and micro brewed beers, and full bar. Try Brunch on Sundays and ask us about our catering and private functions our new dining room and bar.
